Ours is a radical container, and by radical, we mean getting to the root or essence of what it means to be seen, heard, and held as we speak and write – and as we take our work and our words out into the world.

Radical Inclusivity

We believe that the future is not only female, it’s also male and non-binary. It’s trans, it’s black, brown and indigenous.

We need new stories to reflect not only this truer culture, but to call back our ancient future – one where Love sees no divisive gender, color, race, religion or creed. We each came, as Mary Oliver wrote, “to take our place in the family of things”. And there is place enough for all. For it is together that we create, speak, write and evolve ourselves into a new shared story. OurStory.

Radical Integrity

We believe in creating artistic, poetic, sacred, safe and story-centered space for each person we work with. And together, we create this as a shared space for our Ancestral Narrative community. Our story mentors and ancestral healers show up in a depth-based way for our clients – visionaries, healers, leaders and storytellers. We are here for our community with all our hearts and minds and gifts – and we stand for and embody what it takes to help each one tell their truest and most embodied story – each story one that will change the world.

Radical Accountability

We bring highly gifted, empathetic, brilliant story midwives and mentors in their mastery in service to your book. We expect that you are also fully committed to be on the journey to elevating your leadership and your reach as you write, heal and publish your book.

Grassroots Community

We are a small team who practice and value intimacy in our relationships with each other and with each one of the leaders and storytellers in our community.

We have a culture that is earth-based, person-centered, creativity-centered and healing-centered. We practice these values together in a sacred circle, as we each take our place in respectful and co-creative online spaces where leadership is seen and shared, and where each one’s gifts and contributions are heard and valued.

We believe in the power of storytelling in community, where we hold each others’ hearts as we tend to our words. It has always been this way – to sit around a communal fire, and now on Zoom, to listen and stand and tell our most intimate and vulnerable stories, our teaching and learning stories, our fairy tales and histories.

Our collective stories ‘spell’ our future into being, together rising in chorus, in community.

We believe in supporting each other and changing the culture – birthing a radically alive, inclusive, authentic, and just world for all living beings and our Beloved Earth.
